The collection consists of the reports of the committee and appendices with copies of many of the organizations' constitutions, bylaws, organizational charts, and other records.
Materials in the collection date from 1862 to 1995. The collection comprises meeting minutes of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Corporation, reports, and correspondence of committees and Corporation activities including bylaws of the Corporation.
The collection also contains records from Laurence Storch, dating from 1969 to 1991, of his time as a member of the MIT Corporation, the MIT Educational Committee, and early career papers.
