Scope and Contents of the Collection
The six accessions given to the Institute Archives by Carroll Wilson from 1979 to 1983 were integrated into the present arrangement, maintaining Wilson's folder titles and original order when possible. No re-ordering was done within the folders. Abstract
The Mid-Ocean Dynamics Experiment (MODE-I), carried out between March and July of 1973, was a collection of twelve experimental and theoretical scientific projects performed simultaneously.
