Scope and Contents This collection includes the report "Study of Two Experimental Educational Programs at MIT," 1971, by Malcolm Parlett, an evaluation of the Unified Science Study Program (USSP) and Experimental Study Group (ESG). USSP and ESG were begun in 1969 as experimental education projects, sanctioned by the CEP. The projects provided alternative classes for freshmen and sophomores.
