Biographical Note

Earl Justin Kletsky, born 1930, is alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He earned an SB, 1951, and SM, 1952, in electrical engineering at MIT. Kletsky served as an electrical engineer with the United States Air Force, 1953-1955. He received his PhD from Syracuse University in the early 1960s and has been associated with Syracuse in the Department of Electrical Engineering and as assistant dean for undergraduate affairs.
