Biography
Paul Oppermann was a consultant, administrator, and professional urban and regional planner. From 1964 to 1968 he taught as the Bemis Visiting Lecturer in metropolitan planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also worked as a city planner in San Francisco and Washington DC. (1) 1.
