Hans-Lukas Teuber's efforts to establish the Department of Psychology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his activities as head ofthe department are documented in correspondence with colleagues, grant and project proposals, committee records, and other administrative correspondence. Scope and Contents of the Collection
The collection consists of supporting documents for and transcripts of interviews of Dr. Harriet Hardy, Dr. Warren Point and Hans-Lukas Teuber on the subjects of the committee on the Use of Humans as Experimental Subjects at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The interviews were conducted by Charlotte Fishman, an instructor in philosophy who taught a seminar in medical ethics.
