The MIT Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) website contains information about its base of operations at MIT and its seven regional offices around the world. Information about each location includes evaluations, staff, initiatives, news, and how to support. The website also includes information about the ten sectors J-PAL is involved in: Agriculture; Crime, Violence & Conflict; Education; Environment, Energy, & Climate Change; Finance; Firms; Gender; Health; Labor Markets; Political Economy & Governance. J-PAL "is a global research center working to reduce poverty by ensuring that policy is informed by scientific evidence. Anchored by a network of 227 affiliated professors at universities around the world, J-PAL conducts randomized impact evaluations to answer critical questions in the fight against poverty."
