Biography
Frank Arthur Laws, 1867-1936, SB 1889, Massachusetts Institute of Technology; SM 1890, Harvard University, was professor in the MIT Department of Physics from 1889 to 1894 and the MIT Department of Electrical Engineering from 1894 to 1932.
