Scope and Contents of the Collection
Records of Newman's work as an undergraduate at MIT include copies of class assignments, one-act plays, poetry, a Tech Show script, and his play Laundromat, submitted as his bachelor's thesis. His later work is documented in plays, poetry, short stories, two works he translated, and articles, essays, and lectures on theater and non-traditional casting.
