Scope and Contents of the Collection This selection of Shannon's writings on subjects such as computers, communications theory, and telecommunications was made by Neil James Alexander Sloane and Aaron D. Wyner when they edited Shannon's collected papers for the publication Claude Elwood Shannon: Collected Papers (New York: IEEE Press, c1993). Abstract The Dedication Reunion Committee was formed to oversee the celebrations for the dedication of MIT’s new Cambridge campus, which took place on June 12, 13, and 14, 1916.
